Resources for Teachers & Home School Groups

The Music Makers Museum is excited to work with teachers and home school groups. Classroom visits will be available when the museum opens. We are also exploring options for virtual classrooms.

Revisit the website for  updates regarding fun, interactive ways for students to learn. These are just a few of the topics the museum will explore.

  • Discover the ways cultural events have helped shape the American people and their music.
  • Explore the development of various music genres and music technologies over the years.
  • Learn about famous inventors like Thomas Alva Edison and Alexander Graham Belle.
  • Search how clothing styles relate to cultural changes.
